In June 2014, Ms Cai founded Lingjun Investment, one of China’s first quantitative fund manager to integrate AI into its investment strategies. Over the past decade, the company has grown into a leader in China’s quantitative fund sector, winning nearly 200 awards, such as the Golden Bull Award, Yinghua Award, and was recognized as the Top 100 CSR Brands in China.
She holds a masters in Economics and Management from Zhejiang University, and is a PhD candidate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Professional experience
Ms Cai is an Elected Member of the Private Equity Fund Committee and Head of the Quantitative Investment Subcommittee in the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC), as well as Elected Member of the FinTech Committee of the Association. She is also a board member of the Beijing Normal University (BNU) as well as the co-chair of the BNU Education Foundation, and a Council Member of the Zhejiang University Alumni Association.
Ms Cai has received multiple prestigious industry awards, including the Top 10 Annual Distinguished Figures of China Financial Investment Award, the Annual Economic Figures of China Enterprise Award, the Most Influential People of China Financial Investment Award, the Outstanding Educational Contribution Award of Peking University, and the CEO of the Year Award.
