What led you to choose the Cambridge MBA?

I was drawn to the Cambridge MBA because of its unique emphasis on project-based learning and practical application. The ability to work on real-world challenges with companies and organisations stood out to me as a chance to test myself, stretch my skills and create meaningful impact while still in the programme. Equally important was the broader Cambridge experience, being immersed in a world-class university with centuries of tradition, surrounded by brilliant people from across disciplines and being part of a college community. For me, the combination of academic rigour, hands-on projects and the magic of Cambridge itself made this MBA unlike any other.

How do you feel about receiving your scholarship?

I feel incredibly grateful and excited to have been awarded this scholarship. It represents not only financial support but also recognition of my journey and potential. The scholarship has made this transformative step possible for me and I feel a deep sense of responsibility to make the most of the opportunity, to contribute fully to my cohort, to support others and to use what I learn here to create impact beyond myself.

What do you hope to gain from the MBA over the next year?

I hope to gain a sense of direction for the future, grounded in new skills and insights that will carry me through the rest of my career. I am looking forward to building lifelong friendships with classmates who will become a global network of collaborators, mentors and friends. Most of all, I want to leave Cambridge more confident in who I am as a leader, someone able to combine technical knowledge with empathy, resilience and vision.

Where do you see the MBA taking you in your future career?

One of the most powerful pieces of advice I’ve already received from Cambridge Judge academics is to embrace serendipity. The magic of Cambridge is that you are constantly surrounded by fascinating and accomplished people from every corner of the world. I see my MBA as a platform to be inspired, to explore new ideas and to step into opportunities I couldn’t yet imagine. My hope is that this experience opens doors into a career where I can combine purpose with innovation and where I can make a meaningful contribution in fields that matter.

What does Cambridge mean to you?

Cambridge represents opportunity, discovery and a new chapter in my life. It is a place where I can both honour my past experiences and reinvent what comes next. To me, Cambridge is about embracing the unexpected, about learning not just in classrooms but in conversations over coffee, formal halls, or chance encounters. It means serendipity, inspiration and the privilege of joining a community that has shaped leaders, thinkers and changemakers for generations.
