What led you to choose the Cambridge MBA?
After starting my career in consulting, I realised the importance of broadening my leadership skills and gaining exposure to a truly global network. The Cambridge MBA stood out because of its one-year structure, its collaborative and diverse cohort and the ability to tailor the programme to my professional ambitions. Being part of Cambridge also means joining a world-renowned institution where innovation and tradition come together, which I believe will challenge and accelerate my growth.
What has been your biggest career accomplishment so far?
One of my proudest moments was being promoted to Consultant. It was encouraging to see my work recognised, but more than that, it showed me how much I still need to grow. The experience made me realise that true accomplishment is not only about delivering results but also about learning how to support and guide others.
How do you feel about receiving your scholarship?
I feel deeply honoured to be awarded the ROMBA Fellowship. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, it is empowering to receive this recognition and support. It reminds me of the importance of visibility and representation in business and gives me an opportunity to further contribute to fostering inclusivity. The scholarship has made it possible for me to join Cambridge and I am grateful for the chance to connect with fellow ROMBA Fellows around the world who share the ambition of driving change.
What do you hope to gain from the MBA over the next year?
Beyond developing advanced leadership and strategy skills, I look forward to learning from my peers’ diverse experiences. I want to use the year to challenge my thinking, strengthen my impact in consulting and explore how businesses can address global challenges. I also see Cambridge as the right place to contribute to initiatives that combine purpose with impact.
Where do you see the MBA taking you in your future career?
My immediate goal is to continue building my career in consulting. I want to use the MBA to deepen my ability to lead projects and eventually take on leadership roles where I can shape strategies that have both commercial and societal impact. Long-term I also see myself moving to another country.
What does Cambridge mean to you?
Cambridge represents excellence and opportunity. It is a place where people from all over the world come together to push boundaries, learn from each other and grow. For me, it symbolises both personal and professional transformation.
