Mindaugas Gicevičius
Mindaugas Gicevičius is the founder of Eleon, a deep-tech start-up creating solutions for integrating electronics into textiles through a proprietary fabric circuit board platform. Eleon helps brands deliver unique products by seamlessly embedding smart electronic functions via streamlined, industry-standard manufacturing processes.
Mindaugas is a PhD recent PhD graduate in Semiconductor and Device Physics at the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge. He holds a BSc and MSc in Chemistry from Vilnius University, Lithuania, and brings over 10 years of research experience in electrochemistry, biosensors, bioelectronics, and flexible organic electronics. His expertise lies in charge transport physics in molecular semiconductors, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of organic electronic devices.
He has led a small research group, presented his work internationally, and combines deep scientific knowledge with practical product development skills. Mindaugas has participated in entrepreneurship programmes at Judge Business School and is passionate about bridging cutting-edge research and commercial applications, building the next generation of wearable electronics that are both functional and scalable.
