Dr Monica Wirz will share the finding of her research on gender parity in the workplace, why women have traditionally been under-represented on EMBA programmes, and how an EMBA can help women achieve their career goals.
Dr Jennifer Martin, Executive Director of the EMBA programme, will follow Monica expanding on how the Executive MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School has incorporated her research into making strides for inclusivity on the Executive MBA programmes. Following the discussion, you will have the chance to ask Monica and Jennifer any questions you may have.
