This year’s MFin employment report
Our Master of Finance (MFin) employment report captures the data from our most recent graduating class, the class of 2024/25.
Our class of 89 students represented 31 different nationalities and had an average of 4 years’ experience before starting the degree.
Our graduates use their MFin experience to take their careers in new and exciting directions. Some move into new areas of finance, and others use their MFin to work in a new location.

I am thrilled to share that 94% of our 2024 Master of Finance (MFin) graduates received job offers, with 85% accepting within three months of graduation. Nearly 50% of the class changed location, with most remaining in the UK. Notably, 25% of those staying in finance joined Venture Capital or Private Equity, a key shift for the cohort. This strong result highlights the exceptional capabilities and resilience of our MFin graduates in a competitive and turbulent market. It also underscores the strength of the MFin programme and the dedicated careers support we provide to our students.
