Virginia expertly guides students through complex theories, connecting readings and posing thought-provoking questions that deepen understanding.

Shasha Lu
Associate Professor in Marketing
Shasha’s teaching inspires and challenges students, making marketing concepts engaging through strategic questioning, real-world case studies, and a mix of classic frameworks and modern trends. Her ability to make complex ideas accessible – especially for those new to the discipline – has been widely praised. Her clear, energetic webinars and pre-recorded materials, along with her responsiveness, foster an inclusive learning environment.

Master of Finance (MFin) award winner
Lucio Sarno
Professor of Finance
Lucio received the highest overall score in his feedback, with consistently positive comments from all students taking his course both in relation to the content and structure. He also took the initiative to introduce a new award for the best piece of work submitted, which had the positive effect of incentivising our students to produce truly excellent work and resulted in increased student satisfaction.

Jeremy Hutchison-Krupat
Associate Professor in Innovation and Operations Management
Jeremy has led as Academic Programme Director for the PMO, Dubai for 8 cohorts. They are one of our longstanding and strategic clients, and under Jeremy’s Academic Directorship the programme has moved from strength to strength and developed over 400 public sector leaders to earn a Public Sector Innovation Diploma. Jeremy seamlessly works across teams, blending academic excellence with experiential learning and real-world insights.

Kishore Sengupta
Professor of Operations Management
Kishore is a key faculty member who consistently supports and goes the extra mile for Executive Education. He is always willing to help, give advice and be present for clients. He gives his all, is 150% present and totally gets under the skin of the participant groups and the company’s objectives and needs. The SMP in the Open portfolio would not be where it is now without Kishore as its stalwart academic lead.

David Stillwell
Professor of Computational Social Science
David has been extremely busy lately, leading and contributing to many programmes in JBSEEL, across Open and Custom, on AI. We now have a compelling suite of Open programmes on this topic, thanks to David’s lead and work on them. David is always keen to help the advancement of proposals by meeting the client and is gracious with his time and efforts. He has also been very generous with his time, notably for the wider Cambridge AI in Teaching Group sessions we hold for the wider University.
