Employment report 2022

As experienced finance professionals, a large number of MFin graduates move into ‘experienced hire’ roles post MFin across a wide range of finance sectors and geographies. Some also join financial departments within non-financial organisations.

The data on this page was collected from the MFin 2020/21 class, three months post-programme.

We are pleased to share another strong set of careers outcomes results despite the difficult job market our graduates went into as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. We would particularly note the sector, function and geographic transitions our graduates managed to make post MFin.

The MFin Programme has a great career service that have organised many useful talks and workshops, and have arranged many individual coaching sessions by different coaches for students. We benefit a lot from all these in terms of professionally developing and preparing ourselves for networking events and all types of interviews.
