Overview
This new, highly interactive programme has been designed to help you create greater levels of entrepreneurial flair; innovation and agility within your organisation.
To thrive in today’s volatile business environment requires organisations to systematically challenge assumptions, identify hidden opportunities and generate alternative approaches faster than the competition.
Indeed, organisations increasingly need to operate with the agility typical of entrepreneurs. But how can businesses sustain an entrepreneurial spirit while operating at scale?
The Live Online format offers the unique opportunity to network with a diverse group of peers, from different regions, industries and sectors.
The first part of the programme focuses on the diagnostics, and the second on application, meaning you will leave the programme with practical plans for infusing an entrepreneurial spirit into your organisation.
You will take part in team exercises in small breakout groups, facilitations and coaching sessions where you will gain feedback from your peers and faculty members. This programme has the added benefit of bringing together established entrepreneurs and panelists, from both developed and emerging markets, to add their insights and experience.
The latest research and combined experience of over 30 years of organisational support for entrepreneurial and growing organisations, come together to offer the framework and tools you need to address the following challenges:
- How can you create an environment where entrepreneurialism is nurtured and contagious?
- What is the right set of organisational structures and processes to generate sustainable growth?
- How can you act like a startup to achieve strategic objectives?
This programme offers tangible and actionable answers to this question, prompting you as a leader to promote the right processes to encourage the desired outcomes.
Our Live Online programmes offer the same quality and academic rigour associated with all Cambridge education:
- Delivered by Cambridge Judge Business School’s world-class faculty – Cambridge Judge is a strong research-oriented business school with 19 research centres. All programmes are designed and led by an Academic Programme Director who is a member of Cambridge Judge faculty.
- Drawing upon the strengths and resources of the wider University of Cambridge and the Cambridge ecosystem, including accessing global alumni and specialists as guest speakers
- Small class sizes (maximum 30) and high levels of interaction with world-class faculty.
- Emphasis on quality outcomes – we seek to monitor our delivery against the individual needs of participants. It is no accident that a little over half of our open programme participants come back to Cambridge Judge at least once, often multiple times.
