Ritika Dave, an MBA student at Cambridge Judge Business School, has been shortlisted for the MBA Star Award in the 2013 Women of the Future Awards.
The judging panel’s nomination said: “A doctor by training, a culinary enthusiast at heart and an MBA by choice, Ritika Dave has tasted medicine as a clinician, a researcher and a businesswoman. She envisions a world without cancer and has worked to develop its cure. She strives to provide accessible affordable care for all.”
Ritika told us “I feel truly honoured to be nominated for this prestigious award and to be a part of this very rich network of remarkable and high achieving women in the UK. It is a privilege to be given such recognition. I am very excited about it and looking forward to the awards ceremony.”

The Women of the Future Awards were founded by Pinky Lilani OBE in 2006 and are supported by Shell. Pinky is a passionate supporter of the empowerment of women and has founded a variety of awards and initiatives recognising and championing women from across the UK.
Now in their eighth year, the awards continue to unearth and recognise the inspirational stars of tomorrow across diverse sectors, such as business, science, arts and technology. The awards are open to all women aged 35 or under.
The winners of the awards will be announced in London on 13 November 2013.
