Nominations now open for the Cambridge Judge Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Business Weekly awards.
Cambridge Judge Business School is sponsoring a new award this year for Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in the Business Weekly Awards, and nominations are now open for the award to be announced at a dinner in March 2016. The award is for a female entrepreneur who can demonstrate outstanding achievements in the last 12 months.
Creation of a new Cambridge Judge Business School Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award was announced in the 25th anniversary year of Cambridge Judge, a year in which a new Women’s Leadership Initiative was launched to enable women’s empowerment and leadership in the business world globally. The School in 2015 also unveiled pioneering new research on how to recruit and retain women on corporate boards, authored by Sucheta Nadkarni, Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge.
Last week, a new Entrepreneurship Centre at Cambridge Judge was officially opened by its patron, HRH The Duke of York, KG.
The Business Weekly awards will be announced at a dinner at Queens’ College, Cambridge, on 16 March 2016. Other awards include honours for Business of the Year, Engineering Excellence, Life Sciences Innovation and Start-up of the Year.
The closing date for nominations is 31 December 2015.
