Professor Elroy Dimson of Cambridge Judge Business School elected to Supervisory Council of the Geneva Finance Research Institute.
Professor Elroy Dimson, Chairman of the Newton Centre for Endowment Asset Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, has been elected to the Supervisory Council of the Geneva Finance Research Institute (GFRI) at the University of Geneva.
The GFRI is a multidisciplinary institute that focuses on two main research topics in finance, portfolio management and finance and society. The institute draws on various departments at the University of Geneva, including Economy and Management, Law and Psychology.
Faculty at GFRI focus on research in top finance journals, and are also involved in high-level finance education and conferences. The Supervisory Council oversees the development of education and research at the institute, and is comprised of at least eight members including four from outside the University of Geneva.
