Professional history

Christoph has a long experience in the field of automotive quality, having worked as a quality manager at innovative R&D projects, in production and at supplier side in Eastern Europe, China, Mexico and USA.

He is currently leading the global Supplier Quality Management of the business unit Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) at Continental AG. Continental’s ADAS solutions and technologies – such as emergency break assist, adaptive cruise control, surround view, blind spot detection, parking assistance, traffic sign recognition etc., are the key enablers of tomorrow’s autonomous vehicles. Today, ADAS is the fastest growing Business Unit in Continental AG.

Prior to his career at Continental, he held difference global manager positions in the field of quality management in R&D and production at the automotive electronics supplier Hella.

Christoph earned his master’s degree in electrical engineering at the Technical University Dresden and holds a Doctor of Engineering.

Society & charity work

Christoph supports students to gain insights into automotive corporate and business practices by regularly being a supervisor for a wide variety of master theses. He is also a part-time university lecturer for quality and innovation management in Germany and China.
