Programme: Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship 2015
Nationality: British
Country: United Kingdom
Sector: Healthcare
It was exactly the experience I needed to reflect, put things into perspective and discover my true calling and passion. The programme gives you inspiration, some practical tools, and a brilliant environment to get creative and take action.
How did you benefit from the programme and how is it helping you today?
“When I started the programme, I knew I wanted to start a business but didn’t know exactly what. It was a great opportunity to reflect, take inspiration from my peers and spend time in a creative environment to discover my calling. That’s how I would view the programme, and to try to gain as many practical skills as possible.
“Also, the course helps you learn about the confusing parts of starting a business; how do you set up, which legal steps and structures are required, and how to structure a business financially and split equity (if you wish).”
Biography
Daughter of doctors, Priyanka Chaturvedi set up HealthClic in 2015 with a drive to support leaders to continue achieving excellence and positively impacting those around them. Growing up with medics and with family values, she saw clearly why quality of care was constantly sacrificed; there was no sense of urgency on prevention, nor a world-class primary care provider. Holding a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Warwick, Priyanka completed further entrepreneurial studies at Cambridge Judge Business School.
Following the academic programme, she started a concierge medicine service based in London, offering high quality private doctor services 365 days a year. As knowledge of preventive healthcare among UK practitioners remains scarce, she ensures HealthClic doctors are regularly trained on global evidence and advanced treatments. Providing patients with a seven-star service is Priyanka’s fundamental standard. Respected by both clients and their teams, she has a key interest in the unique medical challenges faced by world leaders, celebrities and executives, and coined the term ‘trust barrier’ with Dr Chaturvedi.
