Probabilistic Cyber Insurance Loss Estimation

Location

Cambridge Judge Business School

Trumpington Street

CB2 1AG, UK

Cyber catastrophe risk management is a young science, limited by a short historical period of experience data and with only conjectural theories about extreme loss scenarios. This workshop considers insurers’ needs for capital allocation to tail risk for cyber insurance exposure, and discusses different approaches to estimating the severity of portfolio and industry losses at return periods of 50 to 500 years.

Workshop attendance is by invitation only.  It will be followed by drinks and private dinner at Peterhouse College, Cambridge.

Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies workshop in collaboration with Risk Management Solutions.
