Are you working in the energy industry? Do you think you have an amazing cleantech product but you are struggling to get it in front of the right audience? Are you looking to get more exposure? e-Luminate™ Festivals will help you doing just that.

Running for the first year in Cambridge, e-Luminate™ Festival offers you the opportunity to showcase your product in a unique and creative way which will propel your company in front of the media and the business community. From 20 to the 24 February 2013, Cambridge city centre will be lit up with a fantastic series of displays in a unique collaboration between CleanTech innovators and light artists.

The festival includes a rich programme of lectures, workshops and after-dark displays which will showcase some of the most exciting new technologies to emerge from Cambridge’s vibrant CleanTech sector and will enable members of the public to explore these in a fun way.

The organisers are working in partnership with CleanTech firms such as iSotera, EnLight and Polysolar. Whilst, collaborating with the soon-to-launch Cambridge Science Centre and the Changing Spaces organisation will ensure that the educational element of the festival is accessible to all.

The festival will showcase exciting artist/technologist collaborations in a variety of city centre sites including Sussex Street, Senate House and the Grand Arcade. Each exhibit will be informative, educational, spectacular and inspiring.

Festival Director, Alessandra Caggiano says:

It has been overwhelming to see the excitement that this project has generated in the community across the different sectors; it feels like we are breaking new ground with every aspect of the festival. We really want achieve a new level of collaboration reaching out to various communities in Cambridge. This is going to be much more than a light festival; the goal for us is to inspire people to take a closer look at the latest innovation in Clean Technology and use the art as a medium to see innovation in a different light. We are incredibly lucky to have partners such as Taylor Vinters, Cambridge News and the Cambridge Film Trust helping us to achieve these goals.”

e-Luminate™ Festivals is also one of the first UK adopters of the Kickstarter crowd funding platform. “When you open yourselves up to the world of crowd funding, new opportunities arise all the time to inform and educate on a broader international scale, we look forward to making a significant impact on public awareness of clean technology.”
