Doyenne aims to open up freelancing as an alternative to mothers leaving the workforce. Doyenne matches businesses looking for temporary talent with a pool of experts – a pool made up of experienced and qualified women pursuing a better work-life balance.
People
Harvir Sangha is the founder of Doyenne. Harvir is an experienced project manager and communications specialist. Prior to starting Doyenne Harvir worked in Corporate Social Responsibility in the financial services industry. She is very passionate about gender equality and after having her first child in 2017, was driven to do something about the hundreds of conversations and horror stories that started to surround her about careers and motherhood.
Impact
Doyenne aims to help mothers re-enter the workforce and/or further their careers on terms that work for them and their families.
