Binita Panchasara
Binita has been an ophthalmology trainee with NHS Health Education England (HEE) East of England since 2019. Beyond her clinical duties, she serves as a simulation fellow within the East of England Deanery and has recently been welcomed into the Surgical Skills Faculty for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. She also serves as clinical lead for Women in Vision, a national organisation that aims to provide opportunities for growth and development, particularly for women, within ophthalmology. She has a keen interest in medical education and actively engages in post-graduate teaching in addition to running a course specifically designed to help applicants to the ophthalmology specialty programme.
