Repositive graduated from Cambridge Social Ventures in July 2015.
Idea
Advances in genomic research is often delayed due to difficulties in finding genomic data relevant to that research. Finding the right repository containing the data you need can be difficult and time consuming. Even if you find the data you need, there is still the problem of accessing the data and privacy concerns. But does it need to be this way?
At Repositive we are working to change this picture by building a platform that makes data easily discoverable and encouraging data sharing and collaborations through nurturing a strong online community. Think of our platform as the go-to-place for finding and accessing relevant genomic research data through privacy-preserving technologies.
