There are a number of different ways you can engage with the School’s centres. Below are some of the ways you may wish to work with them.
Centre for Social Innovation
The Centre for Social Innovation acts as a platform for research and engagement with social innovators, academia and policy in UK and across the world. Its focus is to engage with social innovators and create and support social ventures and projects.
Fellows are required to have a comprehensive background in Social Innovation with a track record in initiating social change. They are also required to contribute regularly to the work of the Centre for Social Innovation. Fellows are reviewed annually.
The new 24-month part-time Cambridge Master of Studies in Social Innovation is academically rigorous and has its own distinct learning style. Pioneered by the Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School, the programme provides an understanding of social innovation and approaches to addressing cultural, economic, and environmental challenges and opportunities. The programme is keen to have people with a strong background in Social Innovation appear as guest speakers on the programme.
CFAP annually hosts two academic conferences for select individuals and is always interested to hear from anyone in the finance industry who may wish to participate.
The Centre for Social Innovation regularly delivers content through its blog. The Centre is looking for people who have a specialised background in Social Innovation to contribute.
Cambridge Centre for Finance (CCFin)
CCFin is one of seven closely coupled centres, the others being in Economics, Mathematics, Land Economy and Law. Together they constitute the University-wide network of Cambridge Finance, uniquely placed to investigate all aspects of financial market behaviour. The work of CFAP focuses on: the theoretical and empirical analysis of the behaviour of financial markets, the relationship between finance and economic performance and the formation of financial policy.
Centre for India & Global Business
The Centre for India & Global Business acts as a platform for research and engagement with key partners in industry, academia and policy in India, the UK and across the world. Its primary focus is to examine India’s current and future role in the global knowledge economy.
The Centre for India & Global Business is keen to forge mutually beneficial research partnerships with Indian companies, as well as multinationals, who are interested in exploring research projects around the themes of innovation, globalisation, and technology-enabled socio-economic development for the bottom of the pyramid.
Centre for Process Excellence & Innovation (CPEI)
The Centre for Process Excellence & Innovation is a research centre that brings together industry and academic partners to explore solutions on how to create sustainable competitive advantage through process improvement and product innovation.
The Centre work with a range of firms across the manufacturing and service sectors on projects related to their research themes.
Centre for Endowment Asset Management (CEAM)
The Centre for Endowment Asset Management brings together experts with the goal of participating in research and engagement that furthers academic knowledge and practitioner understanding of long horizon investing.
The Centre regularly hosts events and conferences throughout the year, including the very well known EAM Programme.
