Your learning experience

Experience learning the Cambridge way. Academically rigorous, professionally relevant, inclusive, collaborative and inspired.

Delivered over 24 months, our part-time Executive Master of Accounting programme aims to foster a learning environment where ideas can be generated and discussed, and we expect students to contribute actively to this environment.

You attend 8 week-long teaching residential blocks in Cambridge, and you continue to be engaged in coursework through the Virtual Learning Environment, in between visits to Cambridge.

While there is no formal supervision through Colleges or programme structure, you will receive qualitative and quantitative feedback from CJBS faculty on coursework and most assessments, and you will have ample opportunities to connect with academic and professional staff. We encourage you to explore and take advantage of these links, when you join the Business School.

You will also engage with a carefully selected international cohort, sharing ideas and knowledge, and become adept at working across international study and work groups. This is a great opportunity to build connections with Executive Master of Accounting classmates and forge powerful networks for the future.

You will be assessed in both individual and group work. Assessment is through a mix of exams, written assignments, attendance at events, and presentations. Assessment methods vary by course, with some courses using a combination of methods.
