2019 European Investment Forum Research Prize

Asset management

The Centre for Endowment Asset Management, Cambridge Judge Business School, is accepting submissions for the 2019 European Investment Forum Research Prize. This award is supported by FTSE Russell and recognises original empirical research relevant to asset management.  The prize has the primary goal of identifying high-quality, innovative investment-related research being undertaken by junior scholars globally. Authors submitting research papers should be PhD students or recent graduates who are within three years of the completion of their PhD.

Five finalists will be identified who will be invited to present their papers at the 2019 European Investment Forum in a short “TED talk” format. The Forum will be held in Cambridge UK, on 28-29 April 2019, and travel grants and accommodation will be provided. Each finalist will be recognized with a certificate, and the best paper and best presentation will additionally be awarded cash prizes of $1000.

The paper being submitted must be on SSRN (but can be private and hidden from search engines), and a link must be provided for the presenter’s CV. The closing date for submissions is 3 March 2019. The five finalists will be notified on 25 March 2019.
