The newly restructured Cambridge Judge Launchpad, which delivers the Master of Studies in Entrepreneurship and the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship, has attracted its largest cohort to date. To achieve the next stage of growth and impact, we are expanding the leadership of entrepreneurship at Cambridge Judge Business School with the appointment of three new Directors.

Dr Matthew Grimes, Reader in Organisational Theory & Information Systems, and Dr Jeremy Hutchison-Krupat, University Senior Lecturer in Operations & Technology Management, are joining Professor Stelios Kavadias as Academic Co-Directors of the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre.

Bruno Cotta, is appointed as the new Executive Director of the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre – a role previously held by Hanadi Jabado. Bruno has over 20 years of leadership and management experience working with public, private and third sector organisations, from entry-level students to board-level executives, local startups to global corporates and others in education, healthcare, industry and government. He has led initiatives to inform and shape world-class university strategic plans, international partnerships and innovation ecosystems, including founding the Enterprise Lab at Imperial College London to support the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.

Bruno said, “I’m delighted to be starting 2019 in this new role at Cambridge Judge Business School and joining a team as passionate as I am about innovation and entrepreneurship. I look forward to working with colleagues across the University and beyond, in our mission to create impact through world-class education, research and practice.”

Hanadi has made a huge contribution to our entrepreneurship activities, establishing both the Accelerate Cambridge programme (2012) and the Entrepreneurship Centre (2015) in partnership with Stelios and the wider team. In addition, she has been instrumental in developing the Centre’s offering to high growth businesses and the partnership with Barclays for the Scale Up UK programme. Hanadi is continuing at Cambridge Judge in a new role as Director of Enterprise. She will focus on creating opportunities for programmes, venture financing and collaborative partnerships as well as launching our entrepreneurship activities in Shenzhen in collaboration with Peking University HSBC Business School.

Dr Jeremy Hutchison-Krupat is also assuming the role of the Academic Director of the Cambridge Judge Launchpad as it establishes itself as a leading global entrepreneurship offering.
