Ratio.Ai is a company that follows a software-as-a-service model. The product software of the company automates a laborious process that lawyers currently process manually called a “multi-jurisdictional analysis”. The software will be sold to law firms and their clients on a licence-based subscription based model. The software will allow law firms to: (i) make money by freeing up capacity internally, (ii) save money by saving on staff costs, and (iii) improve employee experience by reducing the amount of process-based work that the lawyers have to do.
