Professional history
Tom’s past roles have included lecturing on Corporate & Securities Law at the University of Hong Kong, and Senior Partner at Baker & McKenzie (Hong Kong, London, Warsaw; M&A and capital markets).
Tom is co-founder and co-owner of the UK based Tailwind Energy Group. He currently acts as a full-time Executive Director and Group Chairman. Tom founded Tailwind together with one of his fellow Cambridge Judge Business School Executive MBA classmates in 2016. The Tailwind Energy Group is currently valued in excess of US$1 billion.

Tom is an Advisor and Trustee of Red Balloon Learner Centres.
