Doubting your abilities? Feeling like a fraud or inadequate? Imposter syndrome or imposter phenomenon is a common occurrence. Many people question if they even deserve their accolades or recognition. However, it is important to not let these feelings take hold: from interns to c-suite, it is vital to acknowledge and accept your own achievements, in addition to supporting your team to recognise theirs.

Join us for a panel discussion about how to deal with feelings of inadequacy and how to prevent these emotions from affecting your work. Hear from our EMBA (Executive MBA) alumni about what made them doubt their abilities and how they overcame these feelings, including using the EMBA programme to develop their soft skills and networking with peers.

The event will also feature a Q&A session, so you can ask our panellists any question you may have.

Panellists are to be confirmed.
