António Horta-Osório
Chief Executive, Lloyds Banking Group
A graduate of management and business administration at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, António has a MBA from INSEAD where he was awarded the Henry Ford II prize – and an AMP from Harvard Business School. He was recently awarded Honorary Doctorates from the University of Edinburgh and the University of Bath.
Previously a non-executive Director to the Court of the Bank of England, António is currently a non-executive of Fundação Champalimaud in Portugal, serves on the CBI President’s Committee and is a Governor of the London Business School. António is married with three children and is a keen tennis player and scuba diver.
Adi Sehgal
President – Nutrition, eRB & Greater China for Reckitt Benckiser
Adi Sehgal is based in Beijing, where he heads up Reckitt Benckiser (RB) for East Asia, specifically, China, Japan and Korea.
He has 20 years’ general management, marketing and sales experience in China, Europe and India.
Adi has a degree in engineering from Thapar University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta. For the past five years he has been General Manager for RB China and in Feb 2012 was also appointed Senior Vice President responsible for RB businesses in China, Japan and Korea.

Mark Littlewood
Director General, Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA)
Mark Littlewood is the Director General of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) and was educated at Balliol College, Oxford where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
Prior to joining the IEA Mark was the Campaigns Director for the human rights group Liberty. In 2004, Mark was appointed Head of Media for the Liberal Democrats and then went on to found Progressive Vision and was its Communications Director until joining the IEA. During his time at the IEA Mark has written regularly for national and international publications and is a regular blogger. Mark frequently comments on political and economic issues on television and radio.

Christoph Mueller
Former Chief Executive, Aer Lingus Group
Christoph Mueller had extensive experience within the aviation industry before joining Aer Lingus as its Chief Executive Officer in September 2009. Since taking on the role, he has implemented a return to sustainable profitability in Aer Lingus, brought about by the successful execution of a cost savings programme and the refocus of the airlines strategy as a value carrier.
In January 2012 Christoph was appointed to the Board of Tourism Ireland and in June 2013 was appointed Chairman of An Post.
He has an MBA from the University of Cologne and subsequently completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Sara Thornton
UK Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner, former Chair of the National Police Chiefs’ Council and Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police
In April 2007 Sara Thornton was appointed Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police, the largest non-Metropolitan force in England and Wales.
In 2006 she was awarded the Queen’s Police Medal and in the 2011 New Year’s Honours she was awarded a CBE. In July 2011 she was awarded a Master of Studies degree (MSt) in Applied Criminology and Police Management from Cambridge University. In March 2012 Sara received a Career Achievement Award by the Police Training Authority Trustees.
