Execute a comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy
Movements such as Black Lives Matter and #MeToo have made Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) a priority for all companies. DEI is now a key aspect of a broader movement to encourage, or in some cases to oblige ‘prosocial behaviours’ by firms. Many organisations want to increase their commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. However, a true DEI commitment starts not just with a collection of disparate initiatives; Sometimes even inconsistent, but with a clear strategy. Effective and consistent DEI strategies have become crucial for surviving and thriving in the current environment.
This programme blends theory and practice to help you become a more effective and inclusive leader. You will acquire advanced techniques to develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy tailored to your company. You will gain insights from academic research and professional experiences taught by a diverse group of faculty members, industry leaders and experts. Overall, you will participate in a variety of learning activities to help enhance your knowledge and skills and translate your learning into actions.
